about

Mighty flute, whistle and uilleann piper Mike McGoldrick suggested the first reel. I composed ‘Notes to Coynes’ in 2019: Ennis button box player Mike Butler suggested the name years ago after we played a weekend festival in Paris with my brothers Mick and Eamon. Harmonica maestro Will Pound chose the final tune. Thanks to Jack Warnock Studios for recording Gino’s bodhran.
